Getting started
From creating your account to a filled-in document, in 6 steps.
- 1
Try it first, without an account
Open the editor and drop a PDF: the trial opens by itself, no email address or bank card needed, with 2 pages filled in for free by the AI; a free account then gives 5 pages a month. Trial documents are deleted after three days: create your account to keep them — what you did during the trial carries over. - 2
Create your account and your first profile
Sign up, then create a profile per person or per company (“More” → “Profiles” → “New person”). Each profile keeps its own documents, memory and analyses — files never get mixed up. - 3
Fill in the profile's memory
Under “Profiles”, pick a person and add facts that are short and plain: Name → Dupont, Insurer → AXA, Rental car → Audi, registration AY-100-YU. These will pre-fill your next forms. - 4
Add your supporting documents
Supporting documents — ID, bank details, company registration… — are attached from the editor's conversation: the “+ Add a supporting document” button files the item in the profile's vault, and the assistant uses it straight away for the open document. You can also switch on import by email : your clients send their documents to your own address, and they arrive encrypted in the right profile. “My documents” receives nothing: it keeps the forms already uploaded and lets you run them again. - 5
Run an analysis
Import the form (PDF, scan or photo) with the “+” button next to the tabs (“Import a document”), then choose “Find the fields” or “Fill with Pluma” (“Edit only” analyses nothing). The detection finds rules, boxes, character grids and text areas. Allow a few seconds for a native PDF, a few minutes for a high-resolution scan or photo. - 6
Check and correct
On the result screen: switch on editing to move, resize, create or delete fields. Filling itself is asked of Pluma, in the conversation (“Pluma — AI assistant” on a computer, the “Pluma” tab on a phone): it asks for what it is missing, draws on the profile's memory and writes the fields itself. The “Fill in” button (with its star icon) starts that filling — there is no filling outside the conversation. - 7
Export
- Filled PDF (flattened): the values merged into the document — the format you send on;
- AcroForm PDF: real form fields, editable in Acrobat or Preview;
- CSV / JSON : the field data for your own systems;
- Check report: the summary of the analysis, to file with the case.
Tips
Several clients at once? Switch on “Ask which profile to use in each new tab” in Settings: each browser tab keeps its own profile.
A skewed or too dark scan or photo is harder to detect: lay the document flat, in good light, and capture the whole page.
